Our solution is a mix of technologies that provide easy scalability and the ability to update model results in real time:

  • Proprietary analytics engine: our analytics engine was custom built to support scalability and quick analysis. It updates model results every time data is updated.
  • Database abstraction layer: we can work with nearly any database engine, thanks to our platform's architecture. We support Apache Cassandra, Redis, and MongoDB out of the box. Other engines can be added easily.
  • Support for common APIs and data sources: we can handle nearly any data format. E-mails, voice recordings, social media data, transactions, and other types of data have all been incorporated into our system.
